Notice: The door sensor only works with 2.4G Wi-Fi, not with 5G. Before you purchase the order, please ensure it is compatible with 2.4G Wi-Fi. How to connect to Wi-Fi? It is highly recommended to read the following instructions before connecting to a Wi-Fi router.

Before connecting to a Wi-Fi router, please check the following points:

1. Ensure your Wi-Fi is operating in 2.4G mode. If your Wi-Fi supports both 2.4G and 5G, please disable the 5G Wi-Fi first. The door sensor will only identify 2.4G Wi-Fi. After the door sensor has connected to the Wi-Fi router, you can then enable the 5G Wi-Fi for your router. The door sensor will continue to connect to the 2.4G Wi-Fi.

2. Ensure your Wi-Fi router does not block the device's MAC address.

3. Ensure the Wi-Fi signal is strong. It is recommended to place the door sensor and your phone within 2 meters of the Wi-Fi router during the connection process.

How to Add the Sensor:

1. Download the Smartlife app or Tuya app.
2. Log in to the app and press "+" in the upper right corner to add a sensor. No hub is required.
3. Turning on Bluetooth will make the addition process easier.
4. Ensure the surface of the doors and windows is smooth and clean.
5. The installation distance should not exceed 0.7 inches.
6. The two parts of the sensor need to be aligned by their alignment notch.
