Veise smart door lock fits on most US standard left-handed and right-handed doors. It is easy to install with just a screwdriver. Veise offers at least 1-year warranty and lifetime online phone support from Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM EST and 24/7 after-sales email service.

NOTE: Do not use the keypad to change the Master Password before pairing the lock in the APP. Before pairing, you may need to touch the keypad to activate the lock. If the app does not find the lock or cannot connect, please reset the lock.

Remote One-time Passcode: Remotely generate and share to couriers, delivery people or other service people. The passcode can be used only once and is automatically deleted after one use.

Remote Erase Passcode: Remotely generate and share to tenants or guests who want to check out. All passcodes (except the admin password) used on this lock will be cleared after entering this passcode.

Custom Passcode: You can locally set a custom passcode within range of the lock or remotely via connecting Veise G2 Gateway (sold separately)

Anti-Peeping Touchscreen Keypad: Entering random numbers before or after the correct password will also unlock the door, protecting your password from being exposed.

Low Battery Alert: Not only the door lock will remind you when the battery is low but also you can check the battery in the app, so you won't forget to replace the battery.
