Smart Lock G2 Gateway for TTLock, Fingerprint Door Lock

Overcome the limitations of Bluetooth with the help of the Gateway WiFi, which enables real remote control from anywhere. To set up the system, follow these steps:

Pair the lock with the Gateway: 1. The gateway needs to be placed in close proximity to the lock, router, and your phone. 2. Open the "TTLock" app: (a) Click on the top left corner and select "Gateway". (b) Click "+" and select G2 (Wi-Fi). (c) Plug the gateway into a power outlet. (d) Click "Next" when the red and blue lights are blinking alternately. (e) Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password. 3. Check the gateway's connection status: (a) NOT CONNECTED: red and blue lights flashing alternately. (b) CONNECTED: blue lights flashing. If the blue light is on but the lock is not connected, unplug the gateway and reconnect it. 4. Ensure that your mobile phone and the gateway are connected to the same Wi-Fi network during pairing. 5. Enable the remote unlock function on the Lock app (Settings--Remote Unlock--Turn On) before use.

Pair with Alexa: 1. Log in to your Alexa app, then select "Skills and games". 2. Search for "Lock" and select the TTLock skill. 3. Enter your TTLock account and password, then click "authorize". Remember to add "+1" before your TTLock account (e.g., "+18889882118"). 4. The lock has been successfully linked. 5. Go to "Devices--your lock", then click the setting icon in the top right corner. 6. Turn on "Unlock by app" and "Unlock by voice".

The Snobos gateway is compatible with smart door locks and other smart devices that support the TTLock app. It allows for remote unlocking or locking, sharing, modifying, and deleting E-keys, as well as real-time monitoring of door status and lock/unlock activity logs.

The TTLock gateway also works with Alexa and Google Assistant, enabling voice-controlled door opening. One gateway can be paired with multiple smart locks.

Setting up the smart lock gateway is straightforward, with just 3 simple steps to pair and connect it with the smart door lock within 2 minutes. You can control the smart door lock anywhere via the TTlock App, but ensure that your smartphone and the gateway are connected to the same Wi-Fi network during the pairing process.

For optimal performance, use the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, and keep the distance between the locks and the gateway within 10 feet. The distance between the gateway and the smart door lock should not exceed 32 feet (10 meters), as it may affect the connectivity of the gateway.
