Adding the Gateway to the Lock: 1. Ensure your smartphone's Wi-Fi is turned on and connected to a 2.4GHz network. 2. Enable Bluetooth on your phone, log in to your TTLock account, and navigate to the TTLock app. 3. In the app, click the upper-left corner, select "Gateway," and then click the "+" icon. Choose the "G2 Wi-Fi" gateway type. 4. Follow the on-screen instructions: Reconnect the gateway's power, and once the indicator light is flashing red and blue, click "Next." The app will automatically search for the gateway. 5. Click the "+" icon, select the Wi-Fi network (ensure it matches the one your smartphone is connected to), enter the Wi-Fi password, and name the gateway. 6. If the connection is unsuccessful, plug in both the gateway and the lock, and wait 10 minutes before trying again.

Integrating with Alexa: 1. Ensure your gateway is successfully added to the TTLock app. 2. Open the Alexa app, navigate to the "More" section, and select "Skills & Games." 3. Search for "TTLock" and click "Enable to Use." Log in to your TTLock account and authorize the integration. 4. In the Alexa app, go to "Locks" and select the lock you want to connect. Click the settings icon in the upper-right corner and ensure "Unlock via app" and "Unlock via voice code" are turned on.

Note: If your TTLock account is associated with a phone number, remember to include the country code (e.g., +1 for the United States).
